Dr. Kubicki is the Director and Founder of Excel Eyecare Professionals LLC. He attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Dr. Kubicki then earned his Doctorate of Optometry degree at the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry where he had graduated Cum Laude. While attending the Illinois College of Optometry, Dr Kubicki received numerous academic and clinical awards recognizing his dedication and hard work pursuing his career in the field of optometry.
Dr. Kubicki was the President of the Private Practice Society and a member of numerous student-volunteer clubs. He was also inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric honor fraternity and the Tomb and Key honor society. Dr. Kubicki has also served as a proctor for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO) to assess new graduates in their certification and licensure.
His clinical interests include specialty contact lens fitting with an emphasis on scleral lens design and multifocal gas permeable lenses, anterior segment disease, and dry eye assessment and treatment. Dr. Kubicki is dedicated to providing “life-enhancing” vision care to all his patients and is passionate about his mission to make Excel Eyecare a leader in cutting edge vision care. When he is away from the office, Dr. Kubicki enjoys running, biking, traveling and is an avid Bears fan.
